By using Campaign Social Manager (“the Service”), operated by Delta Hub Media, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You may only connect Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with Meta’s Platform Terms, Community Standards, and all applicable election and advertising laws. The Service publishes organic content only; you must not use it to evade any platform policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit it solely to operate the Service (e.g. to publish it to the accounts you connect).
Availability & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Meta on your connected accounts.
