Who we are

Campaign Social Manager (“the Service”) is operated by Delta Hub Media (“we”, “us”). The Service lets authorized social media managers create, schedule, publish, and analyze organic posts on the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts they manage. Contact: renato@deltahubmedia.com.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email, and a hashed password.
• Facebook/Instagram data you authorize via Facebook Login: your account name and profile picture, the Pages you manage, their linked Instagram professional accounts, and access tokens used to publish and read insights on your behalf.
• Content you create in the Service: post text, uploaded images, and scheduling details.
• Performance metrics we retrieve from Meta for the accounts you connect (e.g. reach, views, followers, post engagement).

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the Service: to publish the posts you create to the accounts you connect, to generate draft captions, to show you analytics, and to keep your account secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We share data only with infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf: Meta Platforms (publishing & insights), Anthropic (AI caption drafting — your topic notes and candidate voice settings are sent to generate text), Vercel (hosting & image storage), and Neon (database).

Security & retention

Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never exposed to the browser. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect Facebook at any time from the Connections screen, or remove the app from your Facebook settings — either clears the access tokens we hold. To delete your account and all associated data, email renato@deltahubmedia.com or see our data deletion instructions.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
